“My husband and I just had a very positive experience with the selling our home and downsizing to a condominium in a nearby community. The thought of leaving our house, although it had outgrown our needs, with our children having moved onto their own lives, was an emotionally difficult decision.  As well, we had been removed from the real estate market for close to 20 years.  The thought of moving – listing our home, deciding on a reasonable asking price, having open houses, packing and starting again in a new community – it was quite overwhelming!
