The Road to Tiny Home Life
Embarking on a journey to tiny home living is a transformative and liberating experience that goes beyond simply downsizing. It’s a lifestyle choice that encourages minimalism, sustainability, and a closer connection to the environment. The decision to transition from a traditional, larger dwelling to a tiny home is often rooted in the desire for a simpler, more intentional way of life.
Enter our client and friend Maria. Maria worked with Natalie Sarkisian from The Gardner Group. Maria’s quest for a home has been an arduous journey, filled with twists and turns. The dream of owning her own space has lingered in her thoughts for quite some time. Having experienced life in various states, Maria always held a special place in her heart for the Green Mountain State. Exploring different housing possibilities, she delved into the realm of tiny houses, envisioning a snug haven to retreat from the chaos and embrace a more fulfilling life. When she stumbled upon her ideal tiny house, hesitation was cast aside, and she swiftly made the purchase.
The subsequent challenge was to find the perfect plot of land to accommodate her tiny abode. Maria’s search spanned across the picturesque landscapes of Vermont until, fortunately, a parcel in Plainfield surfaced on the market. seizing the opportunity, Maria made an offer, which was promptly accepted.
After navigating the zoning department’s approval process for placing a tiny home on the chosen site, Maria successfully closed the deal on her land. The installation of the tiny house took place just a few weeks ago and remains a work in progress. Various elements are still being added, and we eagerly anticipate updates from Maria as she continues to transform her tiny dwelling into a personalized haven. We wish her all the very best in her new endeavor!
