Amanda is the most unexpected kind of saleswoman–easily defying all the common stereotypes of realtors. She is calm, endearing, friendly and genuine. Amanda brought her clients to visit our house (which was listed “for sale by owner”), and the following two months of working with her towards the closing date was a remarkably positive experience each step of the way. When we faced circumstances calling for new negotiations after discovering an issue during the inspection of our home, Amanda gracefully guided both parties (sellers and buyers) to an agreement that felt fair to us both. She is a real estate gem and you’ll be grateful to work with her as a buyer or a seller!
